* which articles the administration has to bargain with us on and which they can choose not to
* how often we can bring up which articles. (if we bargain one part of one article, is the whole article on the table)
* legalese translation (“if practicable,” etc)
* how to best ascertain the pressing issues we need to bargain (from members, GAs, and the general bargaining climate–so we don’t “go for” what is impossible)
* how to establish bargaining independence (to bargain for ourselves, like UF)
* how best to refurbish our CBA (there’s so many articles that need total reform due to unclear language)
