Grievance Training
Wednesday, February 18, 11:00am-1:00pm
USF GAU office: NEC 223
USF Graduate Assistants United bargains with the University to create the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which is the document the spells out the terms and conditions for all GA employment. (Familiarize yourself with your CBA! It’s your bill of rights!!) USF-GAU protects USF’s GA’s rights and entitlements which are delineated in our CBA by negotiating with GA employers and filing grievances with the University to rectify wrongs that have been committed. Curious about how this grievance process works? See below some questions that will be addressed at this FREE training session.
