Instead of our regular February social event, USF-GAU will having a very special event about Weingarten Rights at the very special Southern Brewing & Winemaking!
Did you know that if you ever get called into a disciplinary meeting, you have the right to request union representation? These are called Weingarten Rights. Learn how and when to use them, and learn what happens when you invoke them!
An organizer from United Faculty of Florida will be leading a brief (~30 min.) workshop on the rights that you have as Union members. The rest of the time will be a social event — free beer for USF-GAU members (as always)!
